I was sitting amongst a group of (yuck) teachers today and one had to ask others if they saw the Colbert Report skit of Colbert mocking Sarah’s comments on Paul Revere. After she finished, I just had to wade in and explain that Sarah was proven correct. No one knew. I did get a ‘huh’ from one of the crew. She was using a Macbook so she can’t be that bright anyways. I had to say something and say she was correct and that there was nothing wrong with her comment and that they construed her words.
The person who is not on my FB account said over and over how dumb she was and every time I said show me once where she was dumb etc.
