That is the most irksome aspect of this whole thing. Bad enough this narcissist uses the resources of his constituency to ingratiate himself while exposing himself. The fact is, the rest of us out here would be dealing with major blow back and loss of job if we were to engage in the same behavior, with Federal Law (thank you Anita Hill) providing the backbone.
