The recently released immigration file for Barack Obama Sr. indicates the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service had doubts he and Obama's mother were married.
While Ann Dunham may have sought Obama Sr. as her husband and the father of her child, the record suggests the two never lived together as a married couple.
As WND reported, there's no record of Ann Dunham's whereabouts during the last six months of her pregnancy.
Moreover, within weeks of the baby's birth, Dunham left Honolulu with her infant son and traveled to Seattle, where she enrolled in night courses at the University of Washington. She did not return to Honolulu until after Barack Obama Sr. left Hawaii in September 1962 to attend graduate courses at Harvard.
The INS file shows that Barack Obama Sr. was not faithful to Dunham, even when the two were in Hawaii at the same time.
Instead, the documentation supports the conclusion that Obama Sr. and Dunham took part in a sham marriage that the Kenyan student thought might help him extend his visa and remain in the United States to continue his education.
Economic necessity and his desire to complete his studies as soon as possible forced Obama Sr. to remain in Honolulu during the summer months, both to take summer classes and to work part-time.

From my reading, Obama’s grandfather married a “Palestinian” woman, making him ethnically more an Arab and may explain his almost fanatical support of Palestinians. Both against Israel and in importing them by the thousands as “refugees” (say what?!!) - at taxpayer costs to better lives in the USA. Budget on that almost ONE BILLION dollars.

Even if he swims above the father problem he will have problems of legal creditability. Without a father identified NBC is a no gainer for Obama. With a USA citizen such as being mentioned as his father he has to defend their character along with all the false info he has put out to the public. I do believe that until the true history of Obama is revealed there is still room to have thought that mamma went to Kenya to have the baby but when she got there and saw what family incurred she got back to the USA pronto. There is a big Kenya cloud that will need to be dispersed.

The Constitution replaced the Articles of Confederation, and both the Federalists and anti-Federalists recognized it was not perfect. They included the means of amending the document.
Each of those ratified amendments suggested something that was unconstitutional when presented. Yet each was passed.

It is discouraging, after three years of this chatter, that people are still excited about the probability that Obama is a citizen.
Being a citizen is not the constitutional requirement for POTUS — being a “natural born” citizen is.
Citizenship and eligibility are separate and distinct issues.
A natural born citizen is a person with two US citizen parents, and born in mainland USA (includes Hawaii and Alaska, after statehood).
Persons, eligible for the Office of the President of the United States (POTUS), NEVER have first generation ties to a foreign nation, whereas ineligible persons always do. ALL statutory citizens are born with a tie to another nation by birthplace and/or blood, but NEVER is that the case with natural born citizens who have only American ties.
A statutory citizen (bestowed by man’s pen) can never be a “natural born” citizen (bestowed by God/nature).
Statutory citizenship means that a person’s citizenship requires a law or laws to define it. A citizen via statute is constitutionally ineligible to serve as Commander-in-Chief. A person who is “natural born” requires no laws to define their citizenship, and only a “natural born” citizen is constitutionally eligible to serve as Commander-in-Chief.
“Natural born” citizens are in a class separate from all others. They are, in fact, in a classification or category unto themselves because they alone are eligible to serve as Commander-in-Chief — a fact that unsettles many.
I reckon they understand pretty well that their target audience isn’t that concerned about consistency.

You never know. I know a family with a black dad (very dark) and a white mom. All their kids are dark except for one that is snow white.
Barack Sr. was already married when he putatively married Stanley Dunham.
American law doesn’t recognize plural marriage, so it really wasn’t a marriage at all.
Unless paternity was otherwise established by a court, I don’t see how BHO Sr. is BHO Jr.’s legal father even if he is indeed his biological father.
