As much as I disagree with such an egregious law, the SCOTUS seems to have understood this to be a state matter. It’s good to see that the court finds something the Feds shouldn’t be involved in. Cold comfort.

Its good to see that the court finds something the Feds shouldnt be involved in. I agree.
However, I hope someone remembers the separation of state and federal powers when California asks for Federal aid.
