Do you believe that the Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land, and will you enforce it to the best of your ability, and seek to have it amended only where necessary?
And so the follow-up would be: "How can you justify the EPA, Dept of Energy, Dept of Education, Homeland Security, FDA, HHS and other government bureaucracies which are not mentioned in the Constitution and for which no amendments have been put forth?"
