The point isn't her victimhood, because I don't think she sees herself as a victim and I certainly don't. The point is that her detractors are so vile. And they prove it every time they open their mouths or take pen to paper.
The point is that political discourse is all but impossible with the Left. They are psychologically incapable of it, they don't want it, they prefer to shut it down, demonize it, make sure their own are afraid to listen or entertain any notions of independent thought. Anyone who dares to step out of line, they'll fall on them like a pack of dogs.
So, we shouldn't expect to convince or persuade them, we just have to defeat them.

Is a greatest hits recap of the most hateful things said about Palin going to change minds or cure whatever brain defect prohibits people from seeing how sick it was when the comments were originally made, 2 years ago, or 2 hours ago?
There has never been such a concerted effort by gov’t and their propaganda machines to destroy a private citizen as this. The WH knows that Sarah is their greatest threat. She has more balls than any other frontrunner.

But we know who many of them are, but what does it say about them and their common culture that they want to try to destroy Sarah through this precious innocent? My G_d how far certain segments of our culture have sunk. To my knowledge we have never seen the conservative go after an innocent kid of someone on the other side of isle, this is unfathomable.
Like most of her supporters, I’m not interested in her “victimhood”, and the left is hypocritical even in that respect only caring about victims who hate God, America, and freedom. Why belabor the obvious when no one really cares? What matters to me is that Sarah will be a great president, just as she was a great governor. Sarah has my vote, but it has nothing to do with the evil of those who support Obama and of those who say she should have killed her baby.
