He pushed for the cross-dressing Julie Annie in the 2008 campaign and told social conservatives to “grow up.” He told them to give up their trivial issues so that Republicans can win the presidency.

This is an absolutely brilliant move..anyone who is a real conservative in America reveres the Iron Lady..who is a durect, living link to the Reagan era. Palin is stating that she is worthy of the comparison to Reagan.
BTW..don't forget that Obama has sided with Argentina in the latest dustup over the Falklands, whereas it was the support of Reagan that helped the Brits win the war.
