You have to wonder very seriously if these people are insane.
The San Diego-based group that is laboring to get circumcision banned in San Francisco has perpetrated a comic book. In it, a superhero named Foreskin Man saves a baby boy from being circumcised by the evil Monster Mohel, a vicious-looking Orthodox Jewish rabbi who could have been drawn by an acolyte of Joseph Goebbels.
Indeed, Foreskin Man has a distinctly Hitlerian “Aryan” look to him.
It’s crystal clear from the dialogue that the perpetrator of this literary opus intends to depict the Judaic religious view of circumcision as evil and repulsive. The “comic” hauls out every theme of Jew hatred in the arsenal.
Note that these circumcision-haters could have addressed the issue as one of science, medicine, personal autonomy, or even just a social issue on which reasonable people can disagree.
But they didn’t. The case they’re making is that circumcision is evil because Jews do it as a religious observance.

Sympathy pains? a little, it was a kind of shared tribal experience for us guys, the humor and ribbing was of good nature and shared discomfort and sympathy for him, and respect for him taking on the surgery at his age.

I have said repeatedly that they targeted Jews to get to their main target, God, and I am pleased that you finally acknowledge that this affects other people also, it would be nice for you to recognize that this is an attack on religion, not just conservative, religious, Jews.

I love that Mel Gibson guy though, our greatest living director and the man that created the single greatest movie in history, also the 8th most profitable, (yet with subtitles, an amazing feat).

This is San Fransicko asserting government control over all the penises in the city. Currently parents have a choice and that is the way it should be because there are pros and cons to either choice and for some, it is a religious mandate. That is not the business of liberal sexual dictator wannabes. It is the decision of parents. This is liberals telling people to “shut up.”
If liberals want to influence those decisions, they should sell their case to a public with their own money. Likewise, they will find there is another side of the story. Parents decide what is best for their own kids.
