Our own special selection of prime rib, seasoned with cracked pepper and slow roasted to perfection on our live hickory wood spit. Served au jus with horseradish sauce, roasted ear of corn, baked potato, and house salad.

Howdy, alfa! I am still working on trying to get him to come, but I think he wants to stay home and deal with his poor lawn and garden. We can only water 2 times a week and he’d miss one if he came along.

Sunday could be a day of making breakfast together and recuperating after a night of margaritas. And say’n goodbyes to the HAT folks.

Then catch some football, eat some nachos, and unwind from a fast and furious weekend!
