my boxer/mutt has 2 groundhog notches on his collar and one for a broccoli munching bunny.

Now if I can just get HIM to stop tromping through my garden and messing up things....

My dogs always want to “help” with the planting.

I had a deer fence and a lower bunny fence overlaid, but the ground hogs were more than capable of digging under the already buried fences.

The normally completely mellow (field) Lab was, much to my surprise, more than able to chase the hogs down and break their necks by violent shaking before I could command her to drop them. Oh well....

I was out the other day hunting groundhogs for a farmer who called me. Got 4 in an hour. A 6MM with ballistic tips does a nice job.
