Either we abide by the Rule of Law or we do not.

Not going to happen...to those who are crooks and thiefs laws are only a guidline for them to see how far away from that line they can operate without actually breaking those laws...loopholes come to mind.

Additionally, we have a Pres. who now bypasses our constititutional laws...as a leader he sets the tome of how people look at the laws of our land...so no brainer that companies and illegals will surely find a way to work around E-Verify as well.

The only businesses that will thrive are those providing flse documentation etc. in order to bypass the E-verify. I can see bribes etc. esculating as people more and more find themself in economic straits.

You just don't seem to understand what E-Verify is and how it operates. Check out the link below and perhaps you will gain some appreciation about what the program does and how effective it has been. There is a reason why the open borders, pro-amnesty types have fought this program tooth and nail and spent huge amounts in the courts trying to stop its implementation.
