Sarah Palin: Not being a candidate 'liberating'

Coming off her week-long One Nation bus tour that was widely seen as a test-run for a presidential campaign, Sarah Palin says she’s starting to see that running for president might not be the best fit for her.

“Not only do I love my freedom of not having a title and being a declared candidate — that is liberating — I know you can make a difference as an individual,” she said. “Hopefully, I can inspire others to know that you don’t need a title. You don’t need to be in office to effect positive change.”

I like Michele Bachmann. I stopped donating to her because I hate being hounded constantly for money.

Michele Bachmann has zero chance of being nominated much less elected. She is Sarah Palin without the political instinct or charisma.

Not only would he be the first black Republican, he’d also be the first president named Herman. That’s gotta count for something.

There’s plenty that she could do that doesn’t require an elected office.

For example, there isn’t a tea party leader yet.

In terms of legislative effectiveness, Representative Bachmann got out of her depth when she left state government. People need to look at her legislative history on Thomas or her own website. It is terribly thin. She has been turned away for all leadership positions and hasn't played a visible roll on any committees.

She really needs to focus on her reelection to her House seat.

The only problem is nothing coming along the GOP line have even close to the guts that Sarah Palin has. She is a real American and tells it like it is.

Bachmann actually goes into the den of lions and takes on the MSM face to face, she has gone on MSNBC Meet the Press, good Morning America and even Hardball(briefly election night) and has licked them. I love watching her take them on PERSONALLY, she has guts.

Palin goes on Hannity and Greta which are very safe formats, that should have told you something about her future intentions, at least MB will try God Bless Her.

It shouldn't have taken a rocket scientist to figure this out, even before she said this. Every sign that the ‘ Palin 2012 campaign has long been underway” crowd has taken as proof since 2010 could also be evidence of the opposite that she wont run, which is what I always figured (since 2010) anyway. I just hope in the end she endorses someone like Bachmann.

Bacchmann has guts.

However, MSM isn’t the least bit in really interviewing Palin or giving her credibility, so it’s a waste of her time to even try to work with them.

I think that after all this running around, they learned they should give her respect if they want to get hers.

Rabs, she did not say that or even come close to saying that. I am so freaking sick of media liars passing off their own flipping distortions of fact as if they are “quotes” from Sarah.
As a matter of act, the MONEY quote from that interview was that now that this first PART of her tour is over, the fire in her belly not only STILL burns, but it’s RAGING.
You won’t see that in the left stream, but you can be dang sure they caught it.

Hmmmm! If you look closely above I recopied the Palin quote, not any Politico commentary. Are you actually claiming those are not her words now ?
