I think they should be hung on a wall for all to see after they have had some severe punishment fitting their crime.

Now my pet peeve, boarder vs border..The boarder collie was just kicking back in his rented doghouse, while the border collie was out herding his flock near the border of Scotland and England.

The boarder patrol was checking on tenants in a slum project while the border patrol was busy chasing illegals crossing the international (border) line.
