Has the judge never read the part about *not prohibiting the free exercise thereof*?

Just a small clarification... this tramples our basic God-given rights that are protected by our Constitution. Sorry;l but the Constitution 'protects' nothing. It merely points them out. WE have to do our OWN protecting.
