(Little Rock, AR) -- Mike Huckabee isn't ruling out a run as a Republican candidate for President next year.
The former Arkansas governor earlier announced on his program airing on Fox that he had decided against mounting another campaign for the White House.
However, in remarks at the Clinton School of Public Service, Huckabee said "everything is still open."
He added, quote, "I haven't closed doors." He also had a forecast about how the GOP primary in 2012 will pan out.
Huckabee said the eventual nominee will come out of a "bloody primary broke and battered." He predicted Republicans will "have a demolition derby, a circular firing squad and load up with bullets and start shooting."
The preacher can’t be taken as his word, what a surprise.
He’s free to have all the second thoughts he believes he needs, but Mike Huckabee is not Presidential material, will never be President of the United States and, at this stage not even the least bit influential on the other candidates
I have closed the door on Huckabee, then just for good measre, double bolted it and shuttered the windows.
“Whats changed his mind?”
Lack of publicity? He can’t stand being out of the limelight.
What a dipstick.
He might want to pull a Fred Thompson and weaken the conservative vote if it looks like a Rino needs help. Trump would do the same “favor” for Obama if he jumps in as an independent because a Republican is ahead.
It’s going to be a crazy race.
