Well and good, except that the Republicans are effectively powerless unless Obama signs whatever bill they, and the Democrat Senate pass. The Constitution is inconvenient that way.

All funding bills start in the house. They fund ONLY what they want to fund. Article 1 section 8 and nothing else.

"He's a republican. He's already been marginalized by obama."

I meant, marginalized himself among Republicans.

Marginalized among rinos maybe. Us Republicans love him.
