Sez who? Who died and put you in charge of what people can and cannot own, a$$hole? The second Amendment makes no such distinctions. If you had ever read it, which I am sure you have not, you would know that. Now slither back under your rock you slimy little worm.

A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

The purpose of the 2nd Amendment is to give people "a right to own a personal military assault weapon" because the people are the militia.
