Do you happen to understand one does not need to be on a jury to know what a suspect was charged with, convicted of, or what their sentence was?

No kidding? Wow! Are you able to comprehend that the details of any case determine what a likely sentence for criminal activity is? Did you read ALL, or any of, the testimony?

At least everyone will now know you feel a person convicted of rape and kidnapping and beating and innocent person is getting a light sentence of 150 years. Here is a clue for you. The man was likely trying to MURDER the woman and the jury and judge heard that. But if you prefer to take the words of the LA Times at face value and believe the man simply "beat" her, then be my guest.

It might be a total surprise you, but trying to murder someone and actually murdering someone, are two very different things.

He got sent to prison where he was paralyzed for life. I’d say that he wound up with life. Let him go. He’s never going even going to have the freedom to wipe his own ass. There is no reason to keep this one behind bars.
