MADISON (WAOW) -- JoAnne Kloppenburg will hold a press conference in Madison on Tuesday, May 31 at 11:00 a.m. to announce her decision whether to request judicial review of the recount results in the Supreme Court election.
Those results show Justice David Prosser beat Kloppenberg. Prosser had more than 752,000 votes compared to 745,691.
Initial results from the April 5th election showed Kloppenburg narrowly defeated Prosser. But the Waukesha County clerk announced days later she had failed to report 14,000 votes, flipping the race for Prosser.

Sore loser comin’ over the hill!
To: BulletBobCo
I hope she has enough sense to let it rest. She lost. It’s over.
To: BulletBobCo
Can’t win through the normal method of recounting until the numbers come out right, so now she will try to win by Judicial Fiat and negate the will of the people. Typical Friggin Democrat.

I hope she has enough sense to let it rest. She lost. Its over. It's never been about winning (though that would be a bonus for her if it's true). The objective is to drag this out long enough so that Prosser won't be seated for his new term, meaning an evenly split court which will result in the lower courts' decisions being upheld.

She won’t win but she is under orders (from Dem and union thugs) to delay delay delay delay. Allowing a few more Wisconsin towns and counties to slip under the wire to sign sweetheart labor deals with their employees

She’ll do what her handlers tell her to. I almost guarantee with the judge’s recent injunctions they are working hand-in-hand to slow the union case down. This might force them to hold a re-vote and maybe, just maybe, see if any of the recall threatened Senators will flip.
Desperate grasping for straws is all this is now.

What a farce! The press could do all of us a favor and not attend. Of course she’ll file a lawsuit. This is all about trying to delay Prosser from doing his job.
Frigging RATS!!

If she brings this lawsuit, she should be disbarred. It is “frivolous”....and will violate her oath to uphold the legal system. If she were to sue the Prosser campaign, it would mean that anytime, anyone who runs in an election would be subject to a lawsuit by the losing party, a very dangerous and undermining action to our very system of elections. If she really believed that the election was improperly held, her suit should be against the Government Accountability board which is heavily dominated by Democrats. She doesn't believe that. Her goal is to undermine the system and she should be the one facing personal retribution for her actions.
Someone I know who has had professional dealings with the woman has told me that her looks are her best quality.

I believe it’s NOT her, as in NOT them as in ANY individual of that Democrat Party. I believe she will insist on another recount, but that will be her speaking as directed, as ordered to do so by that Party.
The Dems meet every morning to discuss the days direction, and the Party tells them what to say, and do.
The Party wants to keep Prosser from retaking his seat in August, because he is a threat to their Union support. The Party will insist she insist upon another recount, or some other means of screwing up the works.
The DemoRAT Party IMO is a tuned machine bent upon destroying this Nation for their Marxist goals.

Liberal’s can’t stand elections where the people, who they see as the stupid, don’t vote the “right” way.

I hope she has enough sense to let it rest. She's a liberal, so that kinda' rules out the idea of her having any sense
At first, when I heard about her having a press conference, I was pretty sure she was going to drag this thing out for as long as possible. Now I'm pretty much convinced that she really knows there's no way she can win, BUT she will go ahead and do it for the publicity and all the attention she has been getting will last a little longer.
She wants to get her ugly puss in front of more cameras.
(why is it always the ugly ones?)
