Plenty of Sunday morning airtime was devoted yesterday to Sarah Palin. George Will says it's common knowledge she shouldn't be trusted with nuclear weapons.

Andrew Sullivan says he's afraid she will run because there's a possibility she could beat Obama.

David Brooks essentially thinks she's a joke.

"Yeah. But, you know, being president is waking up, somebody hands you the crisis and said, "There's a crisis in Venezuela. What are you going to do about it?" Does any, does anybody think Sarah Palin's ready for that? I don't think so. So she can manage her brand.

But running for president is not "American Idol." And I, I think people may agree with her, they may like her, but that doesn't mean they're going to vote for her. And so I--you know, the other thing is she's just not a team player. This is a team sport. Just take one little thing she did this week. She's taking her bus up to New Hampshire.

She doesn't call the Republican Party in New Hampshire, tell, tell them where she's going to appear, what she's going to do. So you got to play as part of the party, you got to play as part of the team.

She's not a team player. I don't think people are going to think she's qualified."

David Brooks fell for O’Slacker in a big way. He himself stated that one of the reasons that he was so impressed with Obama was the tight crease in his pant legs. That is political reporting genius that is unmatched! Brooks should ditch journalism and become a tailor.

Sarah Palin has been married for many years, has 5 kids, ran a business, was a mayor and governor. She’s had plenty of experience handling crisis - IN THE REAL WORLD.

Of course here’s he one thing we DO know about Sarah. There is no person in modern history who has had as much undeserved scorn, contempt, vicious obscene attacks heaped upon her and her family and she has handled it all with an astonishing grace, strength and vision. That much we DO know.

She doesn't partay with Eric "My People" Holder's 'people' at the WH every month sipping Krystaal and munching Kobe Beef, shrimp and Russian Caviar. She isn't 'conventiently' out of the country for nearly every disaster in America, or without for that matter. She didn't shoot Obama's brother, Osama, like he did. She didn't jet to Ireland [his homeland, you know] and get her dumb ass stuck on an embassy driveway in an overpriced hoopty limo....

No, she didn't do any of that or much much more that could be told. She didn't do any of it. What on God's green earth does she think she could be President of a free country for?

If we ever get this country back, we need to be hard, ruthlessly hard and rid ourselves of these traitors from every walk of life..

The current resident of the White House can’t manage to make a toast correctly, doesn’t know what year it is (signed 2008 a couple of days ago), doesn’t care what the law says about anything, doesn’t know how many states there are, just to name a few problems. The naysaying about Palin coming from the leftmedia's 'conservative' pets such as George Will and David Brooks is annoyingly vapid and devoid of substance, as usual when they try to denigrate Sarah Palin. As other FReepers have astutely observed, with Obama elected president, the bar has been lowered and a former effective governor and true conservative like Sarah Palin stands head and shoulders above what we have now; the indecisive and clearly inept Barack Obama, who never ran anything or was responsible for much of anything in his life.
