Gonna forward this to my son. He's suffering with a minor TBI after being involved in 4 IED blasts. I think he may have some ptsd also.

Yes, thanks for posting this. I heard there were 100,000 vets committed suicide after Viet Nam. They are not going to let that happen again. This exercise is particularly good for PTSD. God Bless our Military men and women.

The technique looks like it might be helpful in some cases, while being very detrimental in others.
It promises a quick fix avoiding the painful and time consuming task of allowing a traumatic experience that the mind dissociated to play through until it is resolved into memory.
It may have a place as a coping mechanism, but this isn't a cure.

Thanks! Sending to a friend who is suffering from PTSD and having a hard time finding a job. Maybe this will help with his “seizures” that are not really real ones, but sudden noise causes him to have an anxiety attack.
