This thread is in gratitude for all you veterans who put your lives at risk to fight the forces of darkness working through unwitting dupes all over the world. Colonel Monaco has put together the patriot outreach site and their Be Still exercise is simply a miracle in helping to save the lives of so many soldiers. It has actually been used in civilian version for about 50 years and now it is taking off like wildfire in the military; because it works! And no charge for you all! God bless.

What a neat site for all veterans. The Be Still exercise is saving many lives! Used now by over 65,000 soldiers and growing...because it works.

Gonna forward this to my son. He's suffering with a minor TBI after being involved in 4 IED blasts. I think he may have some ptsd also.

Yes, thanks for posting this. I heard there were 100,000 vets committed suicide after Viet Nam. They are not going to let that happen again. This exercise is particularly good for PTSD. God Bless our Military men and women.

The technique looks like it might be helpful in some cases, while being very detrimental in others.
It promises a quick fix avoiding the painful and time consuming task of allowing a traumatic experience that the mind dissociated to play through until it is resolved into memory.
It may have a place as a coping mechanism, but this isn't a cure.

Thanks! Sending to a friend who is suffering from PTSD and having a hard time finding a job. Maybe this will help with his “seizures” that are not really real ones, but sudden noise causes him to have an anxiety attack.

Well, it is presently saving lives big time. Actually, God is the cure...but this simple technique opens the God door in the mind...so that is why I put cure in the title. I am living proof that it works.
