Hyundai's aggressive marketing is playing a huge role in the car maker's sizzling performance in the U.S. market. Its buy-back program, return new cars if you lost their job
the program was chosen as one of the best advertising efforts of the year by the Wall Street Journal in 2009. Only 350 customers returned their cars under the program by the time it ended last month. It was a major advertising success that significantly boosted Hyundai's image at very little cost.

Wal-Mart has grown to be the second largest company in the world. Success can fade identity. Now SoKo reminds us.
For any who have an ear.

Good cars, not bad service, that’s all.
That is also why their cars have a funny odor inside.
They have a darn good product. I have an Acera. Great car.
The cars they are producing are also pretty nice. My neighbor has a Santa Fe and it’s a pretty solid small SUV for the price.
The new Hyundai sedans look good, even if the styling is clearly stolen from Mercedes. ...guess they’re a good company to steal styling cues from.
I think a lot of people get sold on the 100,000 mile warranty. They also used to be significantly cheaper than some other cars, but not so much anymore.

Return it to your dealer. Demand refund, replacement or Kim (food product) supplement. Report back SVP

I have an older friend who bout a Genesis and absolutley stands by it, over the Cadillac he traded in for it.. Luxury car and very comfortable.
But that is all in the manufacturer end of things.
As far as Marketing it's the warranty, customer service and aggressive ad campaign BUT...
Recently a lot of credit has to be given to...
And the marketing guy who hired them. (BTW Hired away from Toyota. They did a version of The Chordettes "Mr Sandman" for an AVALON campaign.)
That single jar would be a lifetime supply for me. Definitely an acquired taste.
Marketing cannot sell cars over the long-haul.
Good quality, great service and value rule the day.
Hyundai/Kia are on the road to success and I predict will be one of our top 3 brands in sales volume in the next few years.
GUILTY! FYI, Hyundi/KIA’s lead quality control guy is in our ski racing program. He outlined what they have done over the last 10 years to make their product better and better. Every single problem from paint to a bad wheel rim goes over his disk, investigated and then sent to headquarters.
Hyundi/KIA does a great job, they are the prime sponsors for our large and growing ski racing program. Great products and they stand behind what they sell!
The best warranty in the business.
I bought a Elantra Touring a few months ago. It’s a nice car. No complaints so far. You get a lot for your $$ with the Koreans.
I couldn’t drive a tuna can car. No matter who made it.
And Thousands less then the competition!
