House Bill 15 requires a physician to perform a sonogram 24 hours before an abortion, except in cases of medical emergency. Under this legislation, a physician is required to display the sonogram image, explain the image and make the fetal heartbeat audible. I want Gov't out of health care, even this.

Until Roe v Wade is overturned, any policy such as what Gov Perry has signed is a GREAT thing. I want Planned Parenthood defunded and the Government completely OUT of funding any abortion, anywhere.

If killing innocent humans was healthcare I would agree with you.
I see this as regulating Supreme Court mandated death camps when their prohibition supposedly violates the constitution.
