Look at the cases. They somehow where able to keep Social Security when it is a blatantly unconstitutional law. They where able to find a right to privacy in the Constitution and then used that in order to protect NO ones privacy unless it dealt with abortion. They where able to keep the entire patriot act, much of which is blatant over reach and has been reinstated year after year for almost a decade.
I am also pretty sure that in the end The Supreme Court will find ObamaCare constitutional. Have they ever stood up against the government theft of our money against our will.
We are on the threshold of complete tyranny and it all started in the last Great Depression,They are using this one to kill off all our freedoms.
The corruption started in the courts and the press. The socialists had complete control of the press by the 30’s and Dewey took socialist control of the school system. With those two institutions it was simply time to corrupt and dumb down the masses and push out propaganda and destroy anyone who got in their way....McCarthy fell hard when he tried to point out the infiltration. The communist control of the press did him in (Blacklisted)...All the media did was repeat the lies over and over.....it worked...like Stalin and Hitler said-—repeat the big lie over and over and it becomes the truth.
The press would not disclose the corruption and communist infiltration—they hid it.....Just a few uncorrupted people would surface now and then...but they would all be assasinated or destroyed somehow if they got in the way.
Whittaker Chambers testified against the communists and he was vilified in the press and made most people think he was lying and evil....All the time he was telling the truth but the press ridiculed him and belittled his looks, etc. to destroy his credibility to make Hiss look like an upstanding citizen rather than the filthy communist spy that he was.
Propaganda existed in only Germany and Russia NEVER in the US—such a FREE country.....Right....as they were pumping in cognitive dissonance into our children’s head and destroying anyone who got in their way. Very few exceptions.
Oliver Wendell Holmes was the start of tyranny in our laws. He transformed our system into one of moral relativism rather than on of Universal Law based on Natural Law Theory and God’s Laws. Our laws no longer were constitutional—just arbitrary made-up laws not based on Natural Law Theory (Common sense and rational law.)
