This is BS!
The 2 tugs made the decision to change people;s lives that day, not Ersland.
How anyone could come to thins conclusion is beyond me.
God help this nation.

I’m thinking the perp didn’t look too bad at first.

Isn’t first degree murder planned out. Can’t see the druggist planning this.

Customarily, and this is weird as well, the dead Antwun’s (and it is always an ‘Antwun’, isn’t it?) accomplice gets charged with murder. What happened here? Are the French (’Antwun’) a protected class now?

This is bullchit! The scumbag went to rob with a gun and got dead in the process, the guy deserves a medal!

The second robber, Jevontai Ingram, then 14, fled. Ingram pulled out a gun inside the pharmacy but did not fire it, according to testimony. He was caught days later. He has pleaded guilty to first-degree murder for his role in his friend's death. He will be released from a juvenile detention facility before his 19th birthday if he completes a treatment plan. This perp will be out in 5 years.

I guess no one say the previous posts in which the sweet gang banger was a victim of circumstance.

Antwon and Jevontai, a Frenchaman and a Finn. What a strange combination. Truly, America is a melting pot, ain’t you proud?

How many “Antwun”s were on the jury?

Shooting the perp FIVE TIMES after he was down and no longer a threat is not just a mistake, it is murder. Concealed carry classes teach that you can shoot until you are no longer threatened.

An unwise jury.
May they each face the same circumstances in the future and be in fear of the willing-to-kill criminal, in fear of the second guessing prosecutor, judge, and jury, in fear of the criminal returning at his convenience, and the criminals fellow gang members and cohorts in and out of prison.

So, was this a jury of the perp’s peers, rather than the pharmacist’s?

Unreal!
I saw the video and it was self defense, period!
How the Hell do they justify Murder or even Manslaughter?
This, in Oklahoma?
Proves that Oklahoma sucks so Texas won’t fall into the Gulf of Mexico.

Temporary insanity, brought on by being an armed robbery victim multiple times. Not guilty (at least not of 1st Degree Murder)
