this is sickening.

Unfortunately, thanks to court cases in KY and IN, this will happen more, rather than less, frequently.

The SCOTUS hates the 4th Amendment but loves the Big Govt Police State.

Those two cases have nothing to do with what happened in Tuscon.

The SCOTUS ..at this point..works for our masters. The watering of the tree of liberty is on the cusp of commencing.

Thankfully that was only a state court and not applicable to any other state. Under the Indiana ruling, police could ILLEGALLY force their way into your home with no suspicion, proof of wrongdoing, or warrant and then kill you if you choose to try to defend your family from their jack booted tactics.

When I was a youngster, manty Americans refered to those who were released on 4th or 5th Amendment violations as getting off on a technicality.
