Rand Paul said it pretty well yesterday. Why didn’t those in government who failed us such as those FBI supervisors who refused to go after a warrant after multitudes of agents requested it on the “terrorists” be prosecuted after 9-11 for incompetence, instead of being given medals?

And he was right but being right doesn't mean its going to happen that way. Its a simple matter of reality of right and wrong confronted with the reality of our political situation.

If we want to fix things we have a long way to go toward solidifying conservative control of government and flush the agencies that are full of liberals.

We will need a generation of savvy, strong conservatives who know how to create consensus on our issues with the RINOs, Blue Dogs, etc. that infest the Congress. That’s the reality.

We won’t ever have a conservative majority. We might get a GOP majority and a GOP Pres. at the same time, but not conservative ones. So we’ll need to use patience and persistence and win little by little. It’s best that way.
