The people in Joplin won’t take this. I expect a few Westboro Baptist Church goers to get some lead injections.
Well, as they say, only the good die young......
Here’s hoping these inbred morons get the same treatment in Joplin that they got in Brandon MS. And an F-5 levels the Westboro Baptist Church....and nothing else.
But the sad reality is that right now, and even more so ever since after the nonsense coming from that May 21st rapture fool this is the last thing Christian believers NEED, added insult to injury.
Best as I can tell, they have a big racket going by which they attempt to taunt communities into doing things for which the Burros will then sue their pants off for. They are a bunch of despicable cowards, the lot of them.
Beyond sick and depraved...I don’t have words...........
It’s only a matter of time until we see PTSD raised as a defense to bludgeoning one of these creeps to death with their own sign.
Remember Wichata(sp?), KS(where THEY are from)is right in the middle of Tornado Country too.
That’s why you handle things discretely like this town:
Mississippi Town Destroys Westboro Baptist Plans

“A couple of days before, one of them (Westboro protestors) ran his mouth at a Brandon gas station and got his arse waxed. Police were called and the beaten man could not give much of a description of who beat him. When they canvassed the station and spoke to the large crowd that had gathered around, no one seemed to remember anything about what had happened.
Rankin County handled this thing perfectly. There were many things that were put into place that most will never know about and at great expense to the county.
Most of the morons never made it out of their hotel parking lot. It seems that certain Rankin county pickup trucks were parked directly behind any car that had Kansas plates in the hotel parking lot and the drivers mysteriously disappeared until after the funeral was over. Police were called but their wrecker service was running behind and it was going to be a few hours before they could tow the trucks so the Kansas plated cars could get out.
A few made it to the funeral but were ushered away to be questioned about a crime they might have possibly been involved in. Turns out, after a few hours of questioning, that they were not involved and they were allowed to go on about their business.
They are all related to their leader (or better to call him Triabl Warlord), Fred Phelps, and it seems most of the adults of the tribe are lawyers.

In the small town, in the great America I grew up in, in the 50’s, they would have been greeted by a large compliment of people who would have stomped their sorry ass and stuffed them all in a dumpster with 5 gal. of kerosene and a Zippo. There were no long-term wackos in the 50’s. They had a way of expiring or disappearing.
Westboro Baptist Church: What Damn Stupid looks like.
They appear to be legal trolls.
They collect money under The Civil Rights Attorney's Fees Award Act of 1976 when they sue over their protests are interfered with. Many of Phelps' group are lawyers.
Fred Phelps has run for office several times as a Democrat. He was a big supporter of Al Gore.
The only time I’ve heard of where they were successfully repulsed is when a comics convention mocked the Westburros back. I don’t know why nobody else targeted has tried that, because the Burros are as much bait for being mocked themselves as any group of puffed up fools. I would arrange for a counter-picket to flout the Burros in every manner possible short of indulging in blasphemy.
“... and it seems most of the adults of the tribe are lawyers.”
It has always seemed to me that the simplest explanation is that their motives are mercenary.
