The abortion lobby has for years successfully kept state governments from regulating their clinics by taking them to court, using the ‘right to choose’ argument. That dog won’t hunt anymore, and states are now beginning to assert their rights to oversee abortion clinics as the medical facilities they are.
Good thing Roe v.Wade put an end to “unsafe” and “unsanitary” abortion clinics.
