When you deselect the text layer and look at the background only, there are white artifacts where all of the letters were.
Now this makes sense if the application has attempted OCR or some other function that breaks it up into layers, but it doesn't make sense for a forgery.
Why wouldn't the green background be clean? That's what I'm trying to find an answer to.
You are ignoring the most obvious cause, that such a thing was deliberately done to create a flaw common with Obama’s COLB.
Take a red sheet of paper type, on to it Obama’s info and then scan it, then create a jpg from the scan.
There will be no layers or white artifacts, they have to be artificially introduced into the document.
that’s why it is a forgery.
