SAN DIEGO The parents were hard-working owners of a towing business. Their 17-year-old daughter was excited about this weekend's prom and preparing for college. Their 9-year-old girl played with children in the neighborhood.
All four were found dead in a backyard swimming pool and a bathtub in what police are calling a murder-suicide, stunning neighbors and friends who said they saw no signs of trouble.
Police said one of the four family members committed suicide but declined to say which one. The San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office was expected to rule on the causes of death as early as Wednesday.

Too much of this going on. There was a similar incident in the Pittsburgh area in the last week.
My bet is on the husband killing the family and then himself. I also think when they get into details, they will find that there was financial issues. Just me... it seems to occur a lot of times that way.
I agree. Husband. Article said the kids wanted to rent a limo for the Prom... financial issues.
The L.A. Times is reporting the father left a note describing financial problems, and leaving instructions on how to dispose of the family’s property.

Someone in the family had to see it coming,the weak and crazy always stand out but it’s what happens when one fails to take action.
