I agree. "Right of return" is a fiction and not an American issue in any case. Not our problem to begin with. Cain is helped by the fact that probably fewer than one in ten Americans at large have any idea what the term means either.

It sounds like an unfinished sentence.
I was impressed with Mr Cain that he admitted he didn't know what it was and made a point of getting informed about it. That's what I would expect from a leader. Mr Cain admitted his ignorance whereas our dearest leader would have blamed others. Oh, wait, he wouldn't have been asked that question unless it was WH approved.
So far we have seen how Mr Cain deals with a problem. Honestly.
