I’m sorry, but if you are married and you leave semen on the clothing of a strange woman and blood marks on sheets, I’m not sure what sort of “not guilty” one can expect.
It’s up to guys to keep their privates private. Any woman you are sexual with who is not your wife can call rape and it is effective justified.

But seriously...cheating on your wife doesn't mean you're a rapist. This isn't moral court. If you want that to be illegal contact your local congressman and push to have infidelity made illegal.
