What if his wife is fine with him sleeping around. She probably is ok with it as it means she won't have to mess with him as much :-)

But seriously...cheating on your wife doesn't mean you're a rapist. This isn't moral court. If you want that to be illegal contact your local congressman and push to have infidelity made illegal.

But spreading your DNA everywhere makes you vulnerable to a false accusation.

Not saying that is what is going on here, of course. I think DSK is guilty of everything he is charged with.

But, generally speaking, if you want to stay out of trouble, you should keep your boys at home.

Ahem, infidelity has been illegal in various states, with Michigan making it a life sentence in prison and the military court marshaling its members for it.

If you want to sleep around and don’t care about the “morality” of it, you should have a contract for doing the deed that will hold up in court, right?

And when you get that, if you stated money was to be exchanged, you would then find out that every state has laws against prostitution.
