Something isn’t right about this. Clearly this guy is a pervert and likes rough sex, but that’s not illegal. I also heard the maid went in at 3AM...if so then I’d say she’s flat out lying.
The maid was in there at something like 1 in the afternoon, not 3 am.

In an expensive hotel, I suspect a maid is sent up whenever the guest asks for one, and she probably isn’t asked if she wants to go or not.

It does not sound like many of the incredibly tough and brave members of the Freeper community have ever actually been in a life and death situation.
In a stressful situation you generally do what you have been trained to do. If you have not been trained, such as what do do when raped, then you generally fall apart and try to wing it. If the bad guy is practiced then he knows what you are going to do before you do. Unless you are an ever resourceful Freeper blogger, who would have absolutely no problem handling any situation from the backseat driving position.
These are just my observation from those good old days when I was a consultant prison psychologist. Perverts, especially, and criminals spend a heck of a lot more time thinking/planning what they are going to do to you than you spend planning how to get away.
