It’s odd, to see someone here so conversant in French law and culture,,, who seems to me on lots of threads to support this communist. Why is that??
I know FR is a great resource. Many here like to get the full story and research before convicting. But sadly many do not and just want to convict based on politics.
Don’t waste your time. This guy was on a similar thread the other night getting really explicit to the point of gross. I see he’s cleaned it up just enough tonight so he won’t get run off. I’m guessing a guy with really bad luck with women. DSK wannabe.
He doesn’t know s*** about French law or France, and seems not to know the facts of the case, as documented in the Official Complaint and in the Indictment.
Also knows little about the NYPD or the NY County DA’s Office. Nothing about NY Code of criminal procedure.
DSK is a serial sexual predator with a long history in France. The code of Omerts amongst journalists, elites, and alas, victims , has protected him and covered for him.
NY is not the place you want to engage in such behavior. The courts, and juries have little tolerance. Especially when the victim is a hardworking legal immigrant with no previous record.
