According to the maid’s account, as told to investigators and relayed to FoxNews.com, the maid entered the room and was confronted by a naked Strauss-Kahn, who emerged from the bathroom and began grabbing the maid’s breasts while trying to pin her down on his bed.
The maid is deeply religious, investigators said, and immediately put her hands over her eyes so she wouldn’t see the naked Frenchman. He ran to her, began grabbing her breasts and pulling her down the hallway inside the luxury suite toward the bedroom.
The maid said she tried a variety of tactics to get herself out of the room and away from Strauss-Kahn. She said, “my manager is in the hallway,” which he wasn’t -- but the former IMF chief wasn’t scared off. The single mother allegedly told the Frenchman that the job was important to her and any conflict with a hotel guest would result in her losing her job.
“Please stop. I need my job, I can’t lose my job..." she told Strauss-Kahn, according to law enforcement sources.
Strauss-Kahn allegedly responded: “No, baby. Don’t worry, you’re not going to lose your job..." Strauss-Kahn responded, according to investigators.
While she continued to plead with him, begging him to stop, he allegedly continued to attack her, dragging her down the hallway.
When she pushed him away and ran toward the door, she slipped on a newspaper bag on the floor and fell to her knees. That’s when Strauss-Kahn came up behind her and forced her to perform oral sex, sources said.
The maid finally escaped from her alleged attacker by pushing him into the sharp edge of an armoire in the hotel suite. Sources said the Frenchman has a gash on his back where he hit the armoire.

Ahem, infidelity has been illegal in various states, with Michigan making it a life sentence in prison and the military court marshaling its members for it.
If you want to sleep around and don’t care about the “morality” of it, you should have a contract for doing the deed that will hold up in court, right?

Either she was too scared for action so she didn't bite him. But that's not the case because she clearly wasn't too scared as she was fighting him off according to the article and she got away after shoving him into an armoir. So why not bite his member off?

You seem to me to be the sort of guy who think women could have a good rape coming to them if they go out looking slutty.
If so, then you should realize that any guy who leaves blood or semen behind in a bedroom (or a woman) after an encounter should expect a good rape accusation.
It goes both ways, but the guy should take the blame in both of the above cases.
I guess you missed the part about her(in other articles)having his skin under her finger nails. Maybe she isn't violent enough to bite, who knows but this guy tried to rape her and did rape her if you consider forced fellatio as rape. Plus there is his semen on her uniform, plus the gash on his back where she shoved him. The guy is guilty, he has raped women before and is well known for this type of crap in France.

Completely agree. I'm not saying he's guilty or innocent. I'm just providing a counter point to all those that act like they watched this with their own two eyes think of how they may be wrong in their haste.

If true, probably the way most African women get it, from her husband (who died young). African men have Strauss-Kahn attitude to marriage fidelity.
