In a statement to The New York Times, the Fox News Channel executive vice president of programming, Bill Shine, said:
I know for a fact that Roger Ailes admires and respects Sarah Palin and thinks she is smart. He also believes many members of the left-wing media are extremely terrified and threatened by her. Despite a massive effort to destroy Sarah Palin, she is still on her feet and making a difference in the political world. As for the Republican close to Ailes for which the incorrect Palin quote is attributed, when Roger figures out who that is, I guarantee you he or she will no longer be close to Ailes.

I love that pic.
And they go all the way up!
Good thing that Fox came out so quick to slap down this latest blatant lie from the Lamestream Media!
Boy...they really are terrified of her...lol!!
RUN SARAH RUN!!
Oh, please let Ailes find out who the anonymous source was, and, please oh please let it be Rove. Good hunting, Roger!
Gosh, I’m shocked!
>> “I’m bettin’ Karl Rove.” <<
.
That was the first name to come to mind.
What an ass!
He thinks things are going in a bad direction, another Republican close to Ailes told me. Roger is worried about the future of the country. He thinks the election of Obama is a disaster. He thinks Palin is an idiot. He thinks shes stupid. He helped boost her up. People like Sarah Palin havent elevated the conservative movement.
Two Great Americans!
The media is pointedly ignoring how much people genuinely LOVE Sarah Palin. (And by “people” I mean Americans, not Chablis-sucking Leftists or anyone from Massachusetts.) Obummer can’t fill a high school gym while Sarah packs them in everywhere she speaks.
Maybe she should politically “mature” for a few more years. There is some merit to that idea. But the wolf is at the door NOW and we can barely wait until next year, let alone 2016 or 2020.
Flawed or not, Sarah Palin is my choice until further notice.
EXACTLY!!!! In fact they really want Michelle Bachmann to win the nomination, because they believe Obama would wipe the floor with her. It`s Sarah Palin whom they fear.
LLS
Just because *Pig Rove* stabbed Christine O'Donnell in the back on national TV doesn't mean he stabbed Sarah Palin in the back. (/SARCASM)!
Now that is a Well Said denial!
How exactly did someone who less than two years ago was mired in legal debt, had a family in crises, and was written off politically when she suddenly resigned as governor make millions of dollars, write two best-selling books, lead a political movement that helped take back the Congress, produce a hit documentary series, endure an unprecedented media onslaught, and maintain her presidential viability, all while seemingly having her family now in a great place, if she is remotely dumb?
I doubt we will ever get anyone in the news media to answer that question, but if all Americans were nearly as stupid as Sarah Palin, we wouldnt need to worry about who our next president is, or much of anything else for that matter.

Good concise article by John Zeigler, the above is the closing argument.
I took the elevator in 1:38.

ROFLOL!
I love when they respond to stuff like this. They kick *ss at it!
“I know a Democrat close to the New York Times who said the New York Times is a Sh_t hole to work for!”
That is a good one!
