Their 2009 IRS filing shows $1.5 million in cash. And $34 million in public traded securities, nearly $57 million in other assets that are not land or buildings.
A total of $104.8 million in assets. Hardly a shoestring operation.

So, he's sitting on $92.5mm and not $100mm.
