Let’s have a look at the first amendment.

“Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion nor prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”

Looks like the first amendment was written to protect religion from the government, as well as from communist ACLU guttersnipes.

It doesn’t appear that Congress was involved in this situation at all.

What laws do Louisianans have regarding religion and religious expression?

The tyrds at the aclu are making a hollow argument.
