What is a good one to buy and what are stinkers?
Thanks for the link but Sidewinder Precision Pro will not load onto my 64 bit Windows 7 OS. Mickysoft doesn’t know why it is not compatible and sent the form letter telling me they would notify me if a fix ever arises. Of course they didn’t get an email addy to which they could send this ‘notification’ and you can bet they will not be making an ‘update’ patch, so it looks like yet again Mickysoft has purposely made their own hardware obsolete so one has to buy newer crap from them.
I have a Samsung 6500 blue ray with built in WiFi. Not only does it have Neflix it also has Apps for Vudu in Standard, HD and HDX, Blockbuster and other cinema apps. All of which are generally cheaper than PPV. YouTube, Facebook and other junk like that also available.
I used to think that, too, about Sony products. But then I put an “unfinalized” home-recorded Sony DVD disc into my Sony BRD player and the drive mechanism went into a perpetcual “kachunk...whirr...whirrrr...kachunk...whirr” mode. I had to send the entire unit back to get them to pull the disc out of the player. I even recorded the disc on a Sony optical recorder to avoid the problems of using multiple mfgrs.
