The Harper government is refusing to join the United States in calling for a return to 1967 borders as a starting point for Mideast peace, a position that has drawn sharp criticism from Canada’s staunch ally Israel.
At a briefing ahead of the upcoming G8 summit in France, federal officials said the basis for the negotiations must be mutually agreed upon.

Canada knows what happens when multiculturalists take over. They have not forgotten “Vivre le Quebec Livre” and what a disaster that was. And how Quebec demonized its English speakers and chased them out.

My daughter meet a Canadian at a summer ballet program a few years ago.
That poor girl didn’t know others didn’t have to learn French in English speaking USA.
And I have a cousin who had been enrolled in a bilingual French school in Toronto, they were very unhappy when she didn’t continue with them for high school. Very mean to her after that.
