Thats right. Im putting this right at the feet of the president himself. A family in Missouri has been fined more than $90,000 by the US Department of Agriculture for selling more than $500 of the furry creatures in less than one year. The families profit was a whopping $200 for the year.

We’re talking about a “business” here that made a whopping $200 a year... and incorporate under a different name is the solution?
Sorry? who cares what the majority believe. That a majority hold a view doesn't at all make something right. It is irrelevant to the reality of what is "best" for solving a perceived problem. It just shows how much the progressive evil has infected the mindset of the populace.
This is how theyre using lawfare to control us just in case were getting too independent-minded and uppity.
This is a line-in-the-sand item. I would refuse to pay any of this and resist by force of arms. When the aim is to destroy the individual who shows initiative, it’s better to go down fighting. Watch for more and more of this. Were going from the Sunstein nudge to the Sunstein shove.
Time to start shoving back. Hard.
Too many Nitwits with too much time and our money on their hands trying to justify their existence.
I agree. Pretty bad when a family needs to incorporate their spending-money business to protect themselves from the government.
You people just don't know.
I said the guy should get a lawyer that specialized in that agency and the rabbit farmer did so.
I'd advise someone tagged with a $1 million bill by USPS to get a lawyer who knows Postal procedures for dealing with "deficiencies".
Interestingly enough MOST of my years at the USPS and earlier the Post Office Department were spent dealing directly with small and medium size businesses regarding how they were going to budget to deal with coming postal increases, or changes in printing technology, or whether or not there were any particular mail preparation rules for direct mail advertising that would be of value to them.
Let me suggest that your breadth of contact with small and medium sized business is not sufficient for you to even begin to understand what the other guys in a wide variety of industries and trades are up to.
So, have I run a small business? Well, yeah ~ several. And law? I had to learn enough law to engage in my work, and that turned out to be an awful lot.
My advice to you ~ simple, go ahead and engage in a business or trade and get a piece of mail from the US Government or whatever state you live in, and IGNORE IT.
That's right, IGNORE those letters.
Just government agents trying to sneak in and steal your stuff. Yup. That's all it is ~ a ginormous conspiracy by federal bureaucrats trying to trap you.
I’ll bet they know where each and everyone of those rabbits are. ICE (Immigration Custom Enforcement) could probably learn a few of their techniques.
