Amidst the news that 38 of the 204 Obamacare waivers approved in April went to posh entertainment venues in House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosis district, new questions about the Obama administrations transparency pledge have arisen.
Although the administration has approved more than 1,300 Obamacare waivers and published the recipients application information online, it has not made public which companies and other entities have been denied waivers and why they were denied.
Obamas Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) wont release that information, nor will they publicly release the identities of those still waiting for a decision. HHS wont even say how many applications are in the queue.
This lack of transparency has the administrations conservative critics reeling.

IT WOULD BE VERY INTERESTING TO SEE THE ‘APPROVED’ VS. ‘DENIED’ WAIVER LISTS COMPARED TO DNC/RNC AND CONGRESSIONAL REELECTION COMMITTEES’ DONOR LISTS..........

Wouldn’t it be possible for companies that applied for waivers and got denied to notify lawmakers or other interested groups (especially if the fact that such information is being sought was highly publicized)?

“and have a IRS audit?”
Hhmm...
Well, the lawmakers or other interested groups wouldn’t necessarily have to disclose the names of those who contacted them.

What is an Obamacare waiver? Is there more than one reason that waivers are granted?
