Watch out, Pete! You don't want your Hollywierd colleagues to call you a racist for dissing our dear leader. OTOH, don't see too many "persons of color" in the enviro movement. I've seen more diversity at a NASCAR race.

Pete will find out that dissent is NOT patriotic if it goes against the Dear Leader. His own will disown him.

Easy Rider. I knew Fonda Peters starred in a movie once. Wow, he must be like a hundred years old.

Who were the foreign boots - is he referencing BP?

Good point. And why is the tea party movement criticized for allegedly being racist, due to not enough black or other minority participants? Yet the enviro-fascism movement is almost entirely white, from what we see. Why isn’t the enviro-fascist movement ever called out as racist?
Heck, why isn’t MSNBC ever called out for their lack of minority talking heads?????? A liberal channel lacks diversity but denigrates others for the same offense they commit.

I see that a lot of the old Hollywood rebel types don’t care anymore and just tell you what they think. Cranky old guys are the same all over no matter their profession.

And - of course - Peter Fonda is a glittering jewel of intellect.

I once smoked a joint with Peter Fonda.
Univ Hawaii Honolulu November 1970 - he came to speak at the outdoor theater, I suppose because of the fame of Easy Rider which had been released earlier that year. When he was finished, and the crowd left, about 6 of us invited him to sit in the grass there and talk and share some weed. He came across as a regular Joe. Oh those days of the Woodstock brotherhood - how painful to think how wrong we were.

“Fonda...accused Washington of trying to gag reporting on the issue.”
I think he got that part right.
