Implosion Imminent
Red White and Blue News ^ | 5/19/2011 | Staff

We’re well into the third year of the Obama Administration and you would be hard pressed to find someone not keenly aware of how precarious a position we, as a nation, are in.

All around us there are signs of an imminent implosion and whispers of a possible second Great Depression should our course not be corrected – and soon. Yet Obama charges forward with speeches like the one he gave recently in El Paso, Texas, seemingly unaware he has insulted a great number of people by poking fun of the issue – cementing the fact this man has no intention of securing the border. This is just one example of what some call his administration’s ineptitude that happens on an almost weekly basis with one issue or another.

I take a different position. I do not think it is ineptness, but a purposeful deconstruction of this nation. Given the sheer number of flip-flops from this administration, one has to start to wonder if it is indeed on purpose. Obama is on a mission to change this country; the ultimate in social justice – leveling the playing field in the United States by bringing it to its knees.

Let’s look at some of the pieces in Obama’s Deconstruction Plan for America, otherwise known as Win The Future (WTF!?) 2012. Bear in mind the idea what these are not mistakes but intentional on his part:

Obama likes to beat up on those who cannot respond. Ironic from the President who wants to crack down on Bullies, he seems to do a lot of it himself – how quickly Tucson faded. This includes any critics, the Supreme Court, Paul Ryan and the American People. This man garnered much attention during his campaign as a man to ‘heal the Nation’, from what I don’t know, but has turned out to be a ‘Great Divider’ instead. The President seemingly has a big ego and very thin skin – what a combination to have in the leader of the supposedly Free World. Small wonder he comes off so arrogant and condescending.

Obama’s selective assistance in the Middle East sets up our detractors for future attacks on the United States. Obama has entered into the unrest in the Middle East in only a few situations, mainly those that would potentially yield a negative outcome down the road for the United States. Cases in point are Egypt and Libya. I’ve said before that Obama’s idea of Hope is not meant for Americans but for our enemies. His continual ‘Muslim Outreach’ is getting old, dangerous and downright offensive. This is a group of people a world away leeching our money with the express intent of later killing us in mind.

Obama has attacked, or purposefully neglected, just about every sector of the economy on some level. Each time declaring there was some evil villain afoot, someone who has ‘made enough money’ and must be stopped or a rationalization along those lines. Meanwhile he and his pals, Pelosi and Reid, dog-pile on the deficit with record spending. The short list of victims includes Wall Street, Big Oil, Housing, and Health Insurance. His recent attacks on Oil companies has been picked up as a mantra by the Democrats in the house with highly politicized ‘show trials’ of Oil company executives lately. Oil is already painted as a villain so it is an easy mark for Obama and serves a dual purpose to boost his tough guy image on one hand while pushing his nation killing Green policies. What you don’t see is that in comparison with the industries out there, Oil ranks pretty far down in profit margin list. Remember, the Federal Government is pocketing about 49.5 cents from you at the pumps on each gallon of gas right now. That’s a pretty big margin – hey, I found Obama’s villains!

Fighting on multiple fronts domestically will keep the opposition from being able to stop him. Obama has jumped from one controversial move to the next, forcing the other side to try and keep up. This keeps any opposition from being able to mount a strong counter-response, much less be effective in reversing the damage once Team Obama’s complicit media friends spin any who oppose as racists or extremists. Cases in point, Arizona and Wisconsin. The lone exception to this fast moving strategy seems to be the ‘Long Form Birth Certificate’ debate. In this case, Obama seems to relish dragging it out in a manner befitting a child melting Army men on their driveway with a magnifying glass rather than of the President of the United States who has more “important stuff to do“. Guess what, Americans are the Army men in that scenario.

The Department of Justice has been an instrumental tool for Obama’s various efforts to disrupt the nation. I’ve written a bit about the New Black Panther Intimidation case before but so much has come out since then. It’s almost like some kind of corrupt to-do list complete with racism and disregard for the Constitution. In fact, it’s easier to just list what the DOJ has been up to:

■Pigford. ■The New Black Panther Party Case. ■Suing Arizona. ■Suing States who plan to pass Anti-Sharia laws. ■Stalling FOIA requests. Investigating the CIA agents who helped bring Bin Laden to his end. ■Gun smuggling to Mexico.

Obama has foot soldiers – MoveOn.org, Organizing for America, Unions and Czars. Moveon.org has been putting together pro-union rallies all over the United States. Social unrest seems to be something the President wants to see since he has done nothing but give a nod of approval to such activities. Organizing for America (BarackObama.com) led the charge in Madison, Wisconsin. Unions have been a constant source of support for Obama and continue to be his thugs in the field in Madison and around the country. Obama has shown his loyalty to Unions over and over again – no matter what. Czars are unchecked and unvetted, they have done Obama’s bidding in the smaller rings of this circus while Obama has distracted us all in the Main Tent with shiny objects like Birth Certificates, Extremist Tea Partiers and Bin Laden photos. There have been moves made to defund them, but that effort was stunted by the budget bill.

Obama and his Democratic Congress have spending problem worse than a teenage girl who has ‘borrowed’ not one but ALL of her daddy’s credit cards. Obama has blown all spending done by previous President’s away and what’s worse is he did it knowing full well we were already in deficit trouble. In the face of this well recognized problem, he continues to push more new spending and funnel more ‘ aid’ to foreign nations instead of helping our own States. Obamacare is his Crown Jewel of spending achievement though. It is the ultimate economy vampire, continually sucking more and more money from the individual taxpayer while exempting more and more businesses with waivers.

Social Security has been so raided and robbed, is impossible for the Government to pay back all the “IOU’s they promised to repay after they used it as an “Emergency Revenue Fund”.

It's like in the movie “Dumb & Dumber”, where they spent all the money in the suitcase, which they first promised to protect, manage, and use wisely. A Lambourgini, lavish outfits and living like Kings, all that was left in the case was worthless paper “IOU” notes, which they declared they would pay back, their word was as good as gold! Much like CONgress has done with Social Security. (Almost identical.)

Confusing private insurance with government mandates.

You ARE a Democrat. No other group of people can be so consistently wrong. Not even RINO's...

And Zero's economy is the only thing keeping me from making even more money. I was under-employed even before the company I worked for closed it's doors.

We're almost at Parity now. 1 person paying in and some 1 other person receiving a check.

That is unsustainable. As I said, broke. There is no "lock box" and there is no more money for it.

We should cut it all if we want to have any Country left period. Entitlements, hand outs, bailouts, foreign aid, all of it. If it isn't in Art 1 Sec 8 explicitly... It gets cut.

Period. Full stop.

And no. I don't think it has a chance in hell of happening.

We will fall. We will be invaded. And we will be no more.

Have a nice day.

I read that the amount of money given to the Banks as a bailout would have fully backstopped Social Security for 500 years.

Now imagine how unnecessary it would all be if half our pay and a third of our real GDP were back in private hands rather than government coffers.

Private hands as in Corporations?

I trust them as little as I do government. This economic mess was caused by the failure of such people in collusion with our government. Is has to have shaken your faith in unfettered capitalism. Money and power are corrupting influences in government and in private enterprise. Some might say the globalist aspirations of our income tax class(as opposed to payroll tax class) in this country make them as dangerous to the republic as the socialists are. I have to say personally, that the failures of our traditional institutions and their complicity in the greed that over-ran prudence in the markets puts the answer to your question at this point to be unknown.

I do know that I have had to re-examine some of my long held premises because of the way this economic downfall proceeded.

Private hands as in back in the hands of those that created it in the first place.

And no, Corporate cronyism is just another form of Socialism. Restricting the markets by buying legislators is just as evil as government taking over companies outright. Absent government doing things it has no legit authority to be doing in the first place, corporations are subject to the same Darwinian survival in the free market as the reset of us.

This is a good thing.

Greed is a good thing too. But not when it can wield a government gun in its competitors faces to corner market share.

I believe you should not be able to cast a vote if you are or have been on government assistance more than 2 years.

Well, that would wipe out any kid with a student loan. It would also wipe out anyone over the age of 66.

Not saying its bad. Just sayin'

Sounds like we generally agree then.

Have a good day...

Nice back and forth.

Want to remind TPTB who is in charge?

How about a peaceful million armed man march on Washington?

Speculate how that might unfold...because one day it may very well happen.

Have a good day...

And to you too.

Nice back and forth.

I must be mellowing like a fine cheese then. Losing my edge. ;-)

How about a peaceful million armed man march on Washington?

Never happen. Agents Provocateurs would see to it even if you could get that many there. Some folks from Sipsey Street and the former Alarm and Muster tried it. About 20 people showed up. Especially after Stewart at Oath Keepers stabbed 'em in the back.

If someone can manage to get it up and running though, count me in.

The reason we let this crap happen is because we are a (too) peaceful people who abide by the (often bad) law and let (professional) politicians run the affairs of our (corrupt) government instead of doing it our (lazy) selves.

Real Americans want us to enforce to the Constitution and return the federal government to a minor annoyance rarely seen ... as it should be.

Unreal Americans want Uncle Sugar to pay their mortgages and fill their gas tanks and sing Kumbaya with those who want to kill us, while eating the rich.

Sadly, the split between these two Americas is just a few percentage points apart and it’s the undecided voters who hold the real power. This will not end well.

What’s wrong with working one or more jobs for minimum wage when compared to more than 2 years on unemployment “insurance?” My husband and I have done it. My mother and father have done it.

How long do you loot the earnings of others because you are waiting for whatever it is you want?

Perhaps there would be more jobs if there were less looting or less bitterness of spirit that would make you wish that I would work for minimum wage.

No one is stopping you from working for minimum wage, but to ask others to is not your place.

Lawyer yldstrk, Your post belies a lack of willingness to research.

It’s so easy to look at profiles: I’m a woman, happen to be mid-50’s and have been fired in the past - and never went without a job long enough to collect unemployment. I went out and got another job. My husband has worked 2 jobs at once, I’ve worked while in college and med school - the first in either of our families to go finish either college or a graduate school.

Those jobs were often less than minimum wage at McDonalds - try delivering pizza for tips with an old car.

Why should anyone get anything because he or she “wants” it? This is the land of opportunity, not hand outs because you want it.

If jobs were based on “want” would that include work or just wishes in your world? If any one “wants a job can have one,” why be productive.

Jobs are earned, made, done, not had or given. Certainly, no one can expect someone else to “give” them one. That’s charity, not employment.

Pretend that you personally must take up a gun and force your neighbors and relatives to give enough money to create some sort of pay for “anyone who wants one.” Now, what are the conditions for having a job?

The State does not give welfare, it is taken from workers at the point of guns and threats of prison.
We are endowed by our Creator, not our government or even by a majority within our society, with the unalienable rights to not be killed, to not be enslaved, and to not have our property taken from us except where we are directly responsible for endangering life, liberty or property of another.

The wrong of TARP does not justify all of your other rants - instead, TARP grew directly out of the concept that taxpayers can be forced to supply a “safety net.”

It’s a tough idea for some people, who have come to believe that others owe them a basic quality of life or a “social safety net.”

Even “the kids” don’t have the right to “welfare.” They have parents and grandparents and aunts, uncles and neighbors who should be caring for them. We may decide to self-sacrifice to care for others, but it is not ethically licit for our neighbors to decide to sacrifice our goods for others.

Social Security is not equitable with welfare: there is a contract with those of us whose money has been taken from our pay on the promise that we would receive payments when we reach 65 or 67 or whatever it is these days.

The legitimate purpose of government is to protect the inalienable rights of the citizens who give it its power. This is why we have a military that serves to prevent others from killing us by plane, by weapons of mass destruction, by bio-warfare, and/or by “boots on the ground” in our own Nation.
