Can you think of any way of documenting it James O'Keefe style? I sure would like to try.
I signed an affidavit for the Clinton campaign that documented what I witnessed and experienced at my precinct caucus. I’ll try to dig it up and send it to you.
At the precinct caucus, I was elected as a Clinton delegate to the Senatorial District caucus. Most of the things ACORN and the Obama thugs did were done in such a way that the Clinton delegates didn’t realize what was happening until it was too late to do anything about it.
One small example: Clinton delegates in my precinct received no communication from the Texas Democratic Party (TDP) regarding where and when the Senatorial District Caucus (SDC) would be held. We emailed TDP officials and were told that due to the high turnout at local precints, they needed a larger venue for the SDC and that we’d be notified by the local precinct chariman when the location was determined. The local chair was an Obama delegate. We weren’t notified. (He later claimed he didn’t have our contact information, which was a lie.) Those of us who wanted to attend had to figure out where the SDC was being held (months later) on our own. Of the 9 Clinton delegates and 9 alternates, 4 of us showed up at the SDC. The TDP officials (wearing Obama t-shirts and buttons) wouldn’t give us contact information for the other Clinton delegates so we could call them to get them to come to the SDC. The TDP bylaws required them to release the information, but we didn’t know that. All of the 13 Obama delegates and 13 alternates showed up. Because we didn’t have enough people to fill our spots (to vote), the Obama alternates took our remaining spots & votes. It was 22 against 4. We had no say. Our votes were useless. We left the caucus early. So the Obama alternates got all 9 of our votes. When I confronted the local chair about the whole mess, he claimed that the Obama campaign, through ACORN had taught a training class about being a delegate to the SDC. I asked why the Clinton delegates were not invited. He claimed the Obama lawyers and ACORN trainers instructed them not to for legal reasons. I asked what legal reasons there could possibly be for excluding half of the precinct’s delegates from training if were just training. He said that the lawyers’ position was that since the training was given by Obama people, they were concerned about claims of voter intimidation should the Obama people teach or say anything that offended the Clinton delegates.
There was so much more that happened. Legal challenges to Clinton delegates were a big part of their game at the SDC. Essentially, the Democrats run their scams in the areas that they control. They must have the cooperation of local party officials, judges, and attorneys (for challenges.) They prepare way in advance and it runs like clockwork. Before the opposition knows what hit them, it’s too late to do anything about it. I don’t see any way for O’Keefe to document it unless he infiltrates the local house meetings that the Obama campaign will be holding very soon (if not now), which is where they’ll discuss and work out their plans.
Republicans just show up to vote. They don’t organize.
