I pretty much said that in my next email. I said “if these cases are being brought to your attention then the current system is working”.
And, if the truant officers and social workers get overzealous in their “oversight”,
that’s where HSLDA exists to slap them down.
There’s an answer for every issue she brings up.
The big question though, is who’s going to take care of the kids slipping through the cracks IN the public school system?
What avenues are open for the kids who the public schools fail? Homeschooling?
That’s a kicker for them because it is true.
