A jilted bride-to-be was dragged to safety after threatening to leap from a seventh-story window after her fiancé married another woman, Reuters reported.
Dressed in her wedding gown, a college student identified only as Miss Li climbed out on the window ledge of the building in Changchun city in northeast China.
According to local TV, the 22-year-old sobbed and swung her legs out the window for about an hour before police officers arrived.
Li said she could not live with the fact her fiancé had left her and married another woman just days before their wedding, local TV said.

She’s beautiful but...sheesh, she’s NUTS. Guys are so strange...
The gender ratio in much of rural China is about 130 males for every 100 females. This is severely skewed due to their draconian one-child policy, enforced only until recently, combined with traditional Asian attitude towards male children. My cousin was lucky to find a wife in Shanghai since he’s hardly a prize.
The average ratio in the west is roughly 105 females to every 100 males.
Correct - beautiful but she got "the crazie."
Whoever marries her will have to explain to his kids "these are pics of mommy before we met."
Not guilty!
Queen.
The groom made a wise decision.
Seriously. Because there are attractive women who are not prone to do seriously crazy things. I would always worry that some other emotional turmoil would cause her to go off the deep end and do something else desperate. It seems that life with her would be a roller coaster and not in a fun way. I would certainly not want her raising my children.
I believe the ratio at birth in the West is 105 males for every 100 females and the populations do not even out until after age 55 due to higher male mortality, barring wars. Woman generally cope with single status better than men, so the rates are further exacerbated by females being more selective in their choice of mates, especially about status, stability, health and income, but less selective about age or looks. Men generally want younger women, women are more flexible. Women in the market for a husband have more choices, in general, than men.
Not guilty. Hell, come and marry me cutie. I like them Asian women.
She love you long time!
Thes Drama queen will still get a thousand wedding proposals. She’s reasonably attractive and there are millions more young men than women in China.
